Job Description

Your tasks
You inde­pen­dently deploy our Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) with tasks in hard­ware and soft­ware to deliver reli­able instal­la­tions at cus­tomer sites
You analyse and trou­bleshoot com­plex and excit­ing robot­ics prob­lems, includ­ing doc­u­men­ta­tion and test­ing of the result­ing fixes
You eval­u­ate our con­stantly evolv­ing AMRs in terms of per­for­mance, sta­bil­ity and cus­tomer satisfaction
You main­tain close col­lab­o­ra­tion with the project & devel­op­ment teams, as well as selected exter­nal stakeholders
You pre­pare, deploy and run mul­ti­ple AMR demon­stra­tions at global events/fairs
You train cus­tomers and other imple­men­ta­tion teams to use our products
You sup­port the global Cus­tomer Sup­port Teams upon request
Max. 80% work­ing time will be spent at our cus­tomers or events/fairs in Ger­many and other Euro­pean coun­tries, while the remain­ing 20% are spent ...
