This ICU Residency/Transition to Practice will be with Montlake’s four ICU Departments and will commence October 26, 2026. You must have an Active WA RN license, or valid Multistate RN license no later than October 10, 2026 to be eligible . ***** Job posting closes on July 23, 2026.*****

**WORK SCHEDULE**

+ 90% FTE
+ Twelve-Hour Shifts
+ Night and variable shifts.
+ Weekend Shifts

**DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION**

Listed below are the four hiring ICU Departments accepting applications for these opportunities:

Surgical ICU ~ This is a 14 bed unit. Patient population includes direct recovery for ICU surgical cases and liver transplants.

Medical ICU . This is a 24 bed unit. Patient population on this unit includes medical ICU cases and Bone Marrow Transplant.
