RN Unit Manager - Family Practice Clinic

**Regular, Full-Time position at the Family Practice Clinic in Talihina | Schedule: Mon-Fri 8a-4:30p OR 7a-3:30p | Pay: Paygrade 14, Hourly, Depending on experience**

**Job Purpose or Objective(s):** The Unit Manager RN provides supervision and direction to nursing staff. You will plan and administer the nursing service program to improve and maintain the quality of patient care. You will report to the Manager or Director.
**Primary Tasks:**
1. Serve as a key communicator between the medical clinics and clinic administration.
2. Assume the role of patient advocate ensuring we are providing the highest quality health care to our members.
3. Perform clinical evaluation of nursing staff per hospital guidelines and implement procedures for the Department of Nursing and other related areas.
4. Conduct interviews and implement hiring practices for nursing and support staff in the department.
