**About the Role**
**Baylor Scott & White Health Waxahachie** is seeking an experienced **RN Supervisor** to provide night shift leadership for our **Women’s Services team,** supporting both **Labor & Delivery and Mother/Baby units.** This role serves as the operational lead during overnight hours, partnering with clinical leaders to ensure exceptional patient care, staff support, and efficient department operations.
The RN Supervisor will provide frontline leadership, oversee daily staffing operations, assist with scheduling and payroll activities, and serve as a clinical resource for team members while promoting a culture of quality, safety, and service excellence.
