Department: Cardiology Unit
Shift Timings: 18:45 - 07:15 Hours, Monday to Friday 3 days 12 hours shift.
Per Week: 36 Hours.
7 North cardiac floor 8 beds intermediate care (post cath lab) with 1:3 ratio 15 beds cardiac medical/telemetry 1:4/5 ratio Navy scrubs Cerner EHR
Roles & Responsibilities
Implements and monitors patient care plans.
Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
