Job Duties / Responsibilities? *
Planning and providing nursing care, including pain management.
Taking and recording vital signs
Recording treatments and lab results
Documenting patient information and following physicians’ orders
Continually assessing and addressing enrollee needs and impact on HEDIS
Developing, updating and coordinating the patient’s plan of care to achieve patient goals
Providing treatment and support to individuals with mental illness, substance abuse, and other behavioral issues
Job Requirements: Experience / License / Certification / Education etc.
At least 1 years’ experience- Required.
BLS – Required
RN License
