RN Case Manager – Home Health & Community Care

Fort Macleod Home Care is seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager to organize comprehensive health care services for clients in a variety of settings, reporting to the Seniors Health-Integrated Home Care Area Manager. The RN will advocate for patients and balance needs of individual, family, and community within regulatory parameters.

Provisional Permit holders will be paid $40.76 to $55.79 per hour, rising to the applicable RN rate upon full practice permit, per UNA Article 25.02(b)(i) or (ii).
