Job Mandate
Responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating risks that may impact the organizations strategic objectives, financial stability, operations, and reputation. The role ensures that risk management practices are embedded across the business and aligned with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify potential risks that may affect the organization (financial, operational, strategic, compliance, reputational)
- Conduct risk assessments and analyze likelihood and impact
- Develop and maintain a risk register and risk profiles
- Design and implement risk management frameworks and policies
- Recommend and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls
