Job Description
As a Risk Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact our business objectives, operations, and long-term growth. You will be embedded into the corporate Resilience and Security department, working closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Executive Management, you will help strengthen our enterprise-wide risk management framework and support informed decision-making in a rapidly evolving environment. Your work will contribute directly to enhancing organizational resilience, safeguarding critical business processes, and enabling sustainable growth.
What is your Day to Day Mission:
Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework in alignment with ISO 31000 principles, KonTraG, and best practices.
