Risk Manager for Policy Frameworks

ATB is seeking a Risk Manager focused on policy, frameworks, and reporting in a hybrid work environment. You'll lead policy development and support risk reporting while collaborating with various teams.
As ATB's Risk Manager, you will oversee the lifecycle of operational risk and compliance policies, ensuring they meet evolving regulatory requirements. Your role includes KRI monitoring and preparing impactful materials for reporting cycles. You'll educate teams on policy requirements and engage business leaders in understanding compliance needs, enhancing risk management practices across the organization.
