About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Risk Coordinator to join our team in Tauranga and support the ongoing development of a strong risk culture across the Bay of Plenty.

This role plays an important part in coordinating risk activities, maintaining organisational risk information, and supporting both clinical and non-clinical teams to identify, understand and manage risks effectively.

You will work closely with teams across the organisation to coordinate risk reporting, analyse incident and risk information, identify trends and emerging issues, and provide meaningful insights to support leaders and governance groups.
