Responsibilities
- Enhance and contribute strategies, tools, and methodologies to measure, monitor, and report risks in the financial services sector.
- Build predictive models around risk industry, sub‑sector, and geo‑location leveraging data.
- Develop and deliver complete web applications using Python, Django, Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful APIs.
- Interpret evidence from multiple tools and systems to determine the legitimacy of customer behavior.
- Undertake capital forecasting and stress testing exercises to assess impacts on impairment forecasts and risk appetite metrics.
- Write robust code in Python, Java, and R.
- Monitor the risk control environment to ensure exposures are kept at acceptable levels and consult on risk mitigation plans.
- Perform deep dive analysis on portfolios to uncover risk trends.
