**About the Role**The Rider vertical is a key pillar for Uber Shuttle's growth in the upcoming years.As the Mexico lead for the HCV Rider vertical, you will be responsible for the strategy and plan to boost rider growth, engagement and retention across all B2C and B2B Uber Shuttle segments.You will achieve this mission through your own team, and through close collaboration with Regional Operations and Tech teams that are driving towards the same goal.This role requires you to be a deep thinker and a master problem solver that can combine analytical mastery and creative solutions.You will be an excellent collaborator that can effectively work across teams and timezones to accelerate our growth efforts.
