TQM/Elimination of waste
- Inspect, identify, and segregate defective or non-conforming products for rework.
- Repair, modify, or reassemble products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Accurately record defects, rework activities, and completed quantities to maintain quality documentation.
- Conduct sorting and quality checks to prevent defective products from reaching customers.
- Support waste reduction initiatives by recovering and reworking products while maintaining a safe and organized work area.
- Make kaizen activity suggestions to make improvements.
