Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support compensation and benefits programmes, including benchmarking, data analysis, and reward-related activities
- Assist in the administration and execution of annual compensation and rewards review processes
- Maintain accurate employee rewards data and support reporting requirements
- Respond to employee enquiries related to compensation, benefits, and reward policies
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of rewards processes and initiatives
- Support the review and enhancement of compensation and benefits programmes to meet business and market needs
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation of best practices
- Assist with projects, reporting, and ad-hoc duties as assigned
