RevOps Director: Dashboards, Forecasts & BDR Coaching

Remotedxb in Dubai seeks an experienced Sales Operations professional to own the design and delivery of dashboards, track pipeline health, and coach a team of BDRs. You will drive compensation design support and coordinate with Finance on payouts, while maintaining CRM data quality and governance.

The role requires 3–6 years in Sales/Revenue Ops, strong HubSpot experience, and advanced Excel/Sheets skills; BI tool experience is a plus. Bachelor’s degree preferred and UAE specifics apply.
