**Job Title:** Revenue Transformation Lead
**Location:** Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, or Bangalore, India
**Reports To:** Director, Lead Development – APAC
**Role Summary**
The Revenue Transformation Lead for the Lead Development team is responsible for ensuring the operational excellence, efficiency, and scalability of the Lead Development function. This role partners closely with LDR leadership, Sales Operations, Marketing, and IT teams to optimize processes, tools, reporting, and data integrity—enabling LDRs to focus on high‑quality pipeline creation.
