Kendrick Recruitment is looking for an experienced Revenue Manager for a prestigious conservation‑driven luxury hospitality group based in Johannesburg, reporting to the General Manager. The Revenue Manager will take full ownership of pricing, forecasting, inventory, and channel strategy to maximise total revenue and profitability across multiple camps and guest experiences, protecting ADR, brand positioning, demand strategy, and distribution mix while converting commercial insight into actionable revenue performance.

Key Requirements

• BCom Finance / Informatics / Analytics or related qualification – essential
• 5+ years' Revenue Management experience in luxury hospitality or hotel environments – essential
