Revenue Cycle Manager (Medical) (Tijuana)

Pay: $576,000.00 - $1,200,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person

• Supervising the Revenue Cycle Department functions including collections, cash posting and billing.
• Overseeing the hiring and training of staff.
• Efficiently managing patient complaints in respect of billing and collections.
• Planning and structuring the department workflow and staffing.
• Managing the billing cycle to ensure all claims are billed accurately and on time.
• Develop SOPs and oversee the training program.
• Collaborate with the US based counterpart.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• College degree in finance, business administration, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish required.
• Five years as Team Lead/Supervisor who oversaw KPI’s and improved automations workflow.
