Revenue Cycle Managed Services (Senior Associate to Director)

Key Responsibilities

• Support and lead healthcare revenue cycle management initiatives, depending on role level.
• Analyze, improve, and optimize front-end, middle-office, and back-end revenue cycle processes.
• Drive operational efficiencies while supporting quality patient care outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to deliver project objectives.
• Manage hospital billing, coding denials, and/or clinical denials activities based on experience and role requirements.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and recommend best practices to enhance operational performance.
• Prepare reports, monitor key performance metrics, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and people leadership responsibilities for leadership roles.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development.
