Job Description
The Revenue Accounting Specialist – Credit Cards reconciliation is responsible for managing the reconciliation of credit card transactions for hotels supported by the UAE-based Centre of Excellence (COE), covering the Middle East and Africa region. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of credit card reconciliation, identifying and resolving variances, and supporting timely month‑end closing activities. The position reports to the Revenue Accounting Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely credit card reconciliations by matching POS records, bank deposits, and PMS system postings.
- Generate and share weekly reconciliation status reports with hotel teams, highlighting outstanding issues and ensuring timely follow‑up.
- Investigate discrepancies and collaborate with hotel finance teams to resolve variances in credit card transactions.
