Retirement Consultant - Roll In

The Retirement Consultant - Roll In (Consultant) drives consolidation of assets into proprietary employer‑sponsored retirement plans by acting as a single point of contract, educator, and consultant for individual customers throughout the entirety of the process. Consultants work autonomously to maintain a book of business and provide positive outcomes and experiences for customers by scheduling meetings, holding conference calls with contra firms and customers, and providing individualized education and support throughout the consolidation process. They independently and effectively manage a high volume of scheduled meetings, inbound and outbound calls, and email correspondence, while ensuring real‑time warm handoffs of newly generated leads from call centers. Consultants assist customers with any rollover, exchange, or transfer to ensure the process is completed properly by both the contra firm and Empower.
