An established insurance company is seeking to hire a highly skilled and experienced Retirement Benefit Counsellor to join their team.

Formal Education

Matric.

NQF 5 will be advantageous.

Experience

At least 1 year’s experience in Benefit Counselling or Employee Benefits administration.

Primary objective To deliver a professional and excellent quality of service to members of retirement funds and employers in accordance with the service level agreements and year planners. To assist and support retirement fund members and their beneficiaries when exiting the retirement fund, i.e., retirement, death, withdrawal, or retrenchment. To ensure client satisfaction on all levels. To ensure an effective benefit counselling environment.
