NMS Insurance Services has a role for a Retention Consultant to be based in Rosebank, Gauteng . The consultant will proactively retain customers across micro‑insurance products, reducing churn and maximising customer lifetime value across both life (e.g., funeral cover, subscription waiver for DStv customers) and non‑life products (e.g., device insurance). The role ensures customer satisfaction, drives upsell opportunities through data‑driven engagement, and supports expansion into new product categories within the Multi Choice ecosystem by delivering personalised retention strategies. Responsibilities Identify at‑risk customers using behavioural and transactional data (missed payments, reduced engagement). Proactively engage customers via calls, emails, and digital channels to resolve issues and prevent cancellations.
