Retail Transformation Deployment Lead

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Change Deployment Lead to orchestrate end-to-end retail change across a network of stores in New Zealand. You will guide large-scale programmes, ensure practical sequencing, and support go-live and stabilisation with regional teams.

You will lead Store Trainers and deployment specialists, driving consistency and scalability across the network while coordinating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
