Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Retail System Operations Manager / Senior Manager to lead the operational implementation and optimization of retail systems across the African market. The successful candidate will drive system standardization, support business growth initiatives, and ensure the effective execution of retail operational processes. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the operational implementation of new retailing systems across business units and regions.
