Retail Store Operations Lead

Maxis in Ampang Jaya is looking for a dedicated individual to assist in executing plans that meet and exceed store sales and service targets. The role includes supporting daily operations, managing inventory, and coaching the team.

You will ensure a smooth customer journey by managing traffic flow and resolving any issues. Acting as the second-in-command, you will deputize for the HoMC, ensuring continuity of store management and performance reporting.
