KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
• Restore shelves and ensure merchandise is displayed neatly and attractively.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and safe for customers and staff.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and pricing new stock.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and health regulations.
