Qualifications & Experience Minimum 3–5 years retail management experience (FMCG or grocery sector preferred). Strong knowledge of stock management and store operations . Proven track record in staff management and labour law compliance . Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office & Excel ; Sigma knowledge will be an advantage . Willingness to work shifts and weekends as required. Must have own reliable transport to ensure punctuality and flexibility.
