Competencies
- Minimum 35 years retail management experience (FMCG or grocery sector preferred).
- Strong knowledge of stock management and store operations .
- Proven track record in staff management and labour law compliance .
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office & Excel ; Sigma knowledge will be an advantage .
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends as required.
- Must have own reliable transport to ensure punctuality and flexibility.
