Retail Shop Manager

Working Pattern:  Working 5 days over a 6 day week

* Mandatory weekend working on a rotational basis *

East Anglia Children’s Hospices (EACH) is looking for a Retail Shop Manager to lead the team at our Soham Shop. This is a fantastic opportunity to join EACH’s vibrant retail team and manage one of our charity shops to maximise income from donated goods, new products, Gift Aid, and eCommerce.

You’ll support a dedicated team of staff and volunteers, drive community engagement, and ensure a welcoming, inclusive and efficiently retail environment while supporting children and young people with life-threatening conditions and their families.
