RETAIL SENIOR ADVISOR- PADINI CONCEPT STORE TEBRAU CITY JOHOR BAHRU

Responsibilities

• Assist in operations issues and monitoring of staffs' customer service and discipline;
• Ensure upkeep of store/outlet, attend to staffs' welfare and resolve customers’ enquiries/complaints;
• Compile and maintain sales collection, generate sales reports;
• Coordinate training activities and coach promoters when needed;
• Possess good people handling skills with good sense of responsibility and commitment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Retail Management or any relevant field;
• With at least 2/3 years of working experience in fashion retail environment;
• Pleasant personality and appearance, independent and self-motivated;
• Possess good leadership skills;
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, public holidays and long hours;
• Computer Literate.
