Working Pattern: 4 days over a 7 day week including weekends{If fixed pattern please confirm working days required, for example Monday to Wednesday.}

East Anglia Children’s Hospices (EACH) is looking for a Retail Sales Supervisor at our Woodbridge Shop. This is a fantastic opportunity to join EACH’s vibrant retail team and be an essential member of one of our charity shops to maximise income from donated goods, new products, Gift Aid, and eCommerce.

As a Retail Sales Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Shop Manager, acting as Duty Manager in their absence.  You’ll also help lead and inspire our amazing volunteer team, ensuring they feel valued and empowered.
