Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the shop.
• Provide suitable living environment with clean water and fresh food for the animals.
• Clean and maintain animals’ cage hygiene.
• Report to superior immediately if damaged items or expired items found.
• Accurately place items on shelves, in racks or other designated storage areas in an orderly manner.
• Serve customers in a polite manner.
• Proper necessary customer services according to the Company’s SOP.
