Retail Pop-Ups Operations Manager (Vigo)

We are looking for a Retail Pop-Ups Operations Manager to join our international retail team in A Coruña. The role is offered on a local, full-time, permanent contract, with regular international travel required. The role will report directly to the Senior Retail Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistency in best‑in‑class operational practices and policies across our retail pop‑ups, in line with Global and Regional Guidelines.
• Provide coaching and training to local pop‑up store teams to support their development and ensure a high level of competence in retail operations, policies, and best practices.
• Resolve day‑to‑day operational issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with the Pop‑Up Store Teams to promote continuous process improvement and spot opportunities for process optimisation across all store operations (front and back of house).
