PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operations Management: Own end-to-end outlet operations, ensuring consistent execution, food quality, service standards, and operational efficiency across all locations.
• Financial & Commercial Management: Drive sales, profitability, cost control, P&L performance, inventory accuracy, and waste management through strong commercial oversight.
• Customer Experience & Brand Standards: Deliver a consistently crave-worthy guest experience by upholding brand standards, resolving feedback, and executing campaigns and product launches.
• Team Leadership & Training: Build, train, and lead high-performing outlet teams through structured coaching, performance management, and culture building.
• Quality, Hygiene & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards through regular audits and operational controls.
