CONTEXT AND PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Giorgio Armani has recently set up its branch in the Middle East, based in Dubai. The company underwent a change from a wholesale business model to a direct retail one in the following countries: Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Qatar. In this contest, we are looking for a Retail Operations Manager who will supports the stores’ overall performance and profitability, aiming to create a shopping experience that meets the expectations of both the company and its customers.

Through strategic planning and effective management, this role helps to foster a positive work environment, encourage team cohesion and drive sales growth, ultimately contributing to the success and sustainability of the retail business.
