Retail Operations Leader — Department Head

Responsibilities

• In charge of handling various operational aspects such as managing inventories, recruiting staff, enforcing safety policies, ordering products, and analyzing sales performance.
• Resolve issues from consumers and retain good customer relationship.

Job Requirements

• Candidate preferably have 2 years of experience in retailing or any relevant field for department head
• Fresh graduates are also encourage to apply for department head
• Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in retailing or any relevant field for branch manager
• Able to work accordingly to retail hours (shift work), including weekends & public holidays
• Possess strong leadership attributes and good role model
• 5.5 working days (45 hours per week)
• Panel clinic service for outpatient
