Responsibilities
- Lead retail marketing strategies from concept to execution
- Manage trade marketing, merchandising, promotions, and campaigns
- Oversee budget performance and competitive analysis
- Mentor and lead a team of 4 direct reports
- Coordinate with retail partners and travel to North/South Luzon, GMA, and VisMin to strengthen market presence
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Top 4 University preferred)
- 5–10 years’ experience in a similar role (Telco or related industry a plus)
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
