Key Responsibilities
- Promoter Recruitment & Training
- Recruit, train, and onboard in-store promoters to effectively communicate Dreame product value and drive sales conversion.
- Promoter Management & Performance Optimization
- Manage and motivate promoter teams across retail locations.
- Design and implement KPI systems, incentive plans, and performance evaluation mechanisms to improve productivity and service quality.
- Ensure high standards of in-store execution, including product display, visual merchandising, and POSM (Point of Sales Materials).
