Retail Leader: Team Mentoring, Merchandising & Service

Riviera Hardware Holdings Ltd is seeking a hands-on Retail Leader for our Silverdale store on a fixed-term basis to cover parental leave. This full-time role (42.5 hours per week) leads a team across multiple departments, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and smooth daily operations.

You'll mentor staff, maintain merchandising standards, and uphold store safety and processes while reporting to the Retail Manager. Weekend work is required; duration is 12 months (Aug 2026–Aug 2027).
