A growing outdoor sportswear brand is looking for a Fabric and Trim Developer to join their team during a period of rapid growth. With a focus on staying ahead of competitors and enhancing the technical aspects of their products, this role is key to driving innovation across fabrics and trims.

You will collaborate with fabric mills and trim suppliers to innovate new fabric constructions and trims.

You will be supported by the sourcing team to ensure fabric and trim sourcing is in line with the strategic sourcing of garments.

They are looking for someone who can act as a pioneer for new techniques, supporting the design team and the wider business to maintain their position as a leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
