What you will do

• Understand category strategy and shopper insights that drive growth for the company & respective Retail Environment. Develop and drive execution of 3 years Retail Environment plan in partnership with Customer Development and Marketing teams to exploit incremental sales growth opportunities in respective Retail Environments
• Understand key competitor dynamics and address strong 5P plan to drive growth and halt competition
• Lead discussions in Commercial Business Planning Cycle and be part of Budget Reviews preparation by understanding category, brand, Retail Environment and shopper strategies to build sustainable growth plans while maintaining profitable growth
• Develop Go to Market Strategy, which includes identifying the pricing & promotion flow ensures distribution and coverage are optimized, determining assortment strategy and placement strategy for respective Retail Environmen...
