Retail Duty Manager — Open/Close, Customer Leader

Repco Hamilton is hiring a Duty Manager to ensure a great in-store customer experience, guiding customers on product choices and completing sales at the till. You will perform key holder duties, opening and closing, and leading weekend shifts in a busy automotive retail environment.

The role emphasises teamwork, strong communication, and delivering high standards of service. Training will be provided, with opportunities for development within a large Australasian brand.
