Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end deployment of major retail change into store network
- Ensure initiatives are practical, sequenced effectively, and delivered successfully in real trading environments
- Manage the change pipeline across stores, ensuring readiness, coordinating rollout activity, and supporting teams through go‑live and stabilisation
- Lead a team of Store Trainers and deployment specialists, building a consistent, scalable, and practical approach to change across the network
- Key initiatives include large‑scale programmes such as POS transformation, SAP and enterprise system rollouts, store openings, Change of Ownership activity, and regulatory change
