Retail Assistant

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing product recommendations and information.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
• Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and receiving deliveries.
• Help maintain visual merchandising standards to showcase products effectively.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Support team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and able to work well with a team.
• Basic math skills and experience with cash handling (preferred but not required).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift items as needed.
• Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
