Job Description
Customer Service
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store. Answer questions about products, services, store policies, and promotions.
- Help customers find specific items, offer product recommendations, and provide general shopping assistance.
Sales Support
- Process customer transactions at the point of sale (POS) system, handle payments (cash, card, etc.), and issue receipts.
- Encourage customers to sign up for store loyalty programs, promotions, or credit card offers.
Stocking and Merchandising
- Restock shelves, display products, and maintain proper inventory levels. Ensure that all items are properly labeled with price tags and barcodes.
