Location: Taupo, New Zealand. Full‑time, on‑site.

We are looking for a Retail Assistant to provide excellent customer service, support daily store operations, and maintain store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Champion Customer Service: Be highly visible on the shop floor, engage customers with personalised assistance, and resolve inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Ensure Store Accuracy: Maintain precise inventory control, verify stock, conduct stock‑takes, and perform all price integrity routines.
• Process Deliveries and Maintain Presentation: Accurately process delivery items in a timely manner and support store presentation by keeping areas clean and organised.
• Support Daily Operations: Collaborate effectively with the team, “swarm” to achieve smooth daily operations, and contribute to overall store objectives.
