Retail and Dealer Sales Manager (Interior Building Materials / MNC / Base Salary up to 14,000MYR)

My client is a MNC that manufactures and supplies decorative materials for the interior industry. They are currently seeking a Retail and Dealer Sales Manager to be based in KL, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Drive aggressive business development initiatives by identifying, appointing, and developing new dealers, stockists, retail chain stores, hardware outlets, fabricator networks, and OEM customers.
• Achieve annual sales targets and business objectives through effective management of dealer, distributor, retail, and channel sales networks across West Malaysia.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to strengthen market penetration, increase brand visibility, and expand market share.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long‑term relationships with existing and prospective dealers, distributors, customers, and key industry stakeholders.
