Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and service-driven Restaurant Supervisor to join a luxury safari lodge in Northern KwaZulu-Natal. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to lead front-of-house operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain the highest standards of food and beverage service in a remote Big 5 safari setting.

Salary

• R18,000 per month
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Restaurant Supervisor or senior Food & Beverage role within a luxury lodge or five-star hospitality environment
